Which areas do you service?

We service the Northern Virginia, District of Columbia, Southern Maryland, as well the north eastern parts of West Virginia. We can, work with out-of-state industry partners, but are unable to offer in-home measurements, or assistance with installations.
 

Can anyone purchase your products?

While we can advise and sell products to directly homeowners, we also manage designs, samples, and orders through builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, developers, and other industry-related tradesman.

This means we do not have a retail storefront to sell directly to consumer.
 

Do you have a showroom for us to see you products?

Not at this time. We come directly to you with samples and literature.
 

How does this work?

To keep it short and simple--we start with a simple conversation to find out which products and areas of the home you are interested in. We can provide a general estimate over the phone or email, or we can schedule a free, in-home consultation. We provide samples for viewing and can take exact measurements of windows. We will make suggestions along the way. From there, we provide a final estimate. Once you're ready to move forward, we send an invoice and collect payment. Once the products arrive, we schedule an installation. It's that easy!
 

How does the design/selection process work?

Very simply! If you already have a preferred solution in mind, we can offer a quick quote on price and availability. Additionally, we have in-house, and off-site Design Consultants, who will be able to assist with selections, finishes, revisions, etc. We can recommend cellular shades, roller shades, drapes, etc.

Who provides the dimensions?

One of two ways: We can work with any dimensions provided, to offer quick estimates, and or to provide products only--no installation. Or we schedule a free, in-home consultation and we will come to the job site, measure, and design accordingly, being responsible for all dimensions.
 

Will you assist with other selections for the home?

Currently, we have an interior design team who we partner with - DuVäl Design, LLC. While we are able to provide referrals, all selections can be made through them at their modified design rate of $225/hr. These fees will be managed through them directly and do not include costs of materials.
